The ideal time to start this tour is from 4:00pm onward, Monday to Thursday, and from 12:00pm onward Friday and Saturday.
You’ll want to bring some cash, one of the pubs on the route does not take credit cards. But we’ll point out an ATM along the way.
If you choose to take the tour on an Arsenal game day be aware that the pubs may be very crowded. Also, if it is a home game at the Emirates Stadium, security might hold you up at times along the route.
In addition, one of the stops on this Detour is an away fans’ pub, so if it is a game day and you are wearing some Arsenal gear, you might want to skip that stop. If it’s not a game day you’ll be fine.
